Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a Driving Standards Agency approved and fully qualified* Driving instructor with 10 years experience.

I was born in Bangor and grew up in Llanddona on Anglesey. I’m proud to be a part of and be contributing to my community.

I teach people to drive from the Bangor, Anglesey and Caernarfon areas in North Wales.

People I teach take their driving test at the Bangor driving test centre.

I’ve taught people to drive from 16 to 90 years of age!

From people who have never driven a car before to full licence holders who have had a long break and lost their confidence.

I’ve taught people from all walks of life, from countries all around the world who want to drive in the UK.

I especially welcome learners who are anxious about driving or lack confidence.

Why should you choose me?

Well I’m not one of those stuffy older driving instructors who just do it part time in their retirement!
I do this full time and only teach people to drive so you get my full attention.
I want you to enjoy your lessons, even when it’s challenging it can be fun!
I really want you to pass! I get all my job satisfaction seeing you pass and then waving at me with a big smile on your face as you drive past enjoying your new found freedom!
I have a high pass rate.
I have a 100% safety record during my years of teaching people to drive so you’re safe with me.
Most of my customers come to me from recommendations.
I’m local.
I’m Criminal Record Bureau checked and cleared.
I’m fully qualified- not a trainee who hasn’t yet passed all the exams!
You will get one-to-one tuition, no sharing the car with my last or next pupil.
I can pick you up from home, work, school or college and drop you off there too.
I get on with anyone and at any age.
I’m a Pass Plus registered instructor.
I have a Dual controlled, air-conditioned car.
I can give you help with your theory test.
I have discounts and offers available.
I give Mock Tests and all the advice you will need.
I’m fully independent from any large companies.
And last but not least you’ll learn in a MINI. Of the cars I’ve taught in it’s had the most positive feedback from my customers. Enjoyable and easy to drive. I love it!
And it’s a diesel- much easier to learn in- fewer stalls!
Oh and I’ve Sat Nav with the voice of Homer Simpson! (One of my Pass Plus customers said it’d be one of the many reasons he’d recommend me! Charlie!)

*Fully qualified instructors display a green octagonal licence, trainee instructors must display a pink triangle licence. They have little experience and have not passed all the exams!
